Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer is ER-positive (more than 10% of cells show estrogen receptors) and HER2-negative.
  • You have a mutation in the ESR1 gene (confirmed by standard tests from your medical records).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, or a bone lesion that has lost calcium.
  • You have already tried at least 2 hormone therapies, including a CDK4/6 inhibitor, for metastatic disease.
  • You are 18 years or older and have good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1).
