Who can take part

  • You have metastatic prostate cancer that either has low PSMA levels on a standard PSMA PET scan or has been confirmed as neuroendocrine by biopsy
  • You have at least 5 metastatic tumors
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are willing to use contraception during the study and for 24 hours after the PET scan
  • You have not had a severe allergic reaction to similar compounds
  • You do not have other cancers requiring treatment or uncontrolled health issues

This trial will test if a special PET scan (18F-DCFPyL) can help doctors plan your treatment with a radioactive medicine called 177Lu-vipivotide tetraxetan. You are eligible if you already qualify for that standard therapy and have had a prior PSMA PET scan showing at least one active cancer site.
