This study looks at whether a special PET scan can help predict how well a targeted radiation therapy (LuPSMA) works in men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread. You would get several PET scans before and after treatment to see if the scan results can forecast your outcome.

Who can take part

  • You have a type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to hormone therapy.
  • You are scheduled to receive a treatment called LuPSMA (a radiation therapy that targets prostate cancer cells).
  • You are willing to have multiple PET scans before and after your LuPSMA treatment.
  • You are able to understand and sign a consent form.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You do not have any medical condition that would make it unsafe or hard for you to participate.
