Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated yet.
- Your cancer has a specific genetic change called a PACC mutation (a type of EGFR mutation).
- You are age 21 or older and your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your kidney, liver, and blood counts are within adequate ranges.
- You are not pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
