Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with generalized myasthenia gravis (MG)
  • Your MG treatment has been stable for at least 1 month
  • You can stand for about 15 minutes continuously, with or without a walker or cane
  • You are not currently doing strength training 2 or more times per week
  • You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted metal devices
