Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with generalized myasthenia gravis (MG)
- Your MG treatment has been stable for at least 1 month
- You can stand for about 15 minutes continuously, with or without a walker or cane
- You are not currently doing strength training 2 or more times per week
- You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted metal devices
