- Age 18–80 years old
- Confirmed diagnosis of generalized myasthenia gravis with positive antibody blood tests
- Moderate-to-severe muscle weakness (not just eye symptoms) that hasn't improved enough with standard medications
- No hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or other active infections
- No heart disease, recent heart attack, or serious heart rhythm problems in the last 6 months
