Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have advanced or metastatic cancer that your doctor recommends treating with atezolizumab (brand name Tecentriq), either alone or with other approved drugs.
  • Your tumor must be measurable on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (up to some limitations; for example, you can be out of bed more than 50% of the time).
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts must be within certain limits (a blood test will check this).
  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must use highly effective birth control during the study and for 5 months after the last dose.
