Who can take part
- Your myeloma must have a protein called NY-ESO-1 (tested on a biopsy sample)
- You must have a specific blood type called HLA-A*02:01, A*2:05, or A*2:06
- You have tried at least two prior treatments including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and a CD38 antibody, and your disease got worse on your last treatment
- You have measurable disease (certain levels of M protein or light chains in blood or urine)
- You are between 18 and 80 years old and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds)
