This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy using cord blood cells that are grown to attack cancer cells. It is for people with certain blood cancers (lymphoma or acute lymphoblastic leukemia) that have come back or not responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have a type of blood cancer (B-NHL, HL, T-NHL, or B-ALL) that has come back or is not responding to standard treatment.
- Your cancer cells must show a certain marker called CD70 on at least 20% of them (measured by a lab test).
- You must have measurable disease (can be seen on a PET/CT scan).
- You must have adequate organ function, including normal heart, lung, kidney, and liver function, and certain blood counts.
