TROP2-targeted NK cells for advanced solid tumors

Solid Tumors

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy using your own immune cells (NK cells) that are specially engineered to attack cancer cells that have a protein called TROP2. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments, or for which no standard treatment exists.
  • Your tumor must show moderate to high levels of a protein called TROP2 (a test on your tumor sample will check this).
  • You must be able to do most of your daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You must have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, and lungs) as determined by blood and other tests.

Radiation plus engineered NK cells for advanced head and neck cancer

This early-phase trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy combined with radiation for advanced head and neck cancer. The cells are engineered to target the TROP2 marker on cancer cells and are given after a short course of radiation to help them work better.

NK Cells With T-Dxd for Hard-to-Treat Breast Cancer

This trial tests a combination of two experimental treatments: special immune cells (NK cells) and a cancer-targeting drug called T-Dxd. It's for patients with breast cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments and has spread or cannot be surgically removed.

Study of engineered immune cells for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new treatment made from your own immune cells (called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) that are genetically modified to fight cancer better. It is for people with certain advanced solid tumors that have not responded well to other treatments.

Trop2 CAR-NK for advanced lung cancer that has returned

This trial tests a new treatment called Trop2 CAR-NK, which uses your own immune cells modified to attack lung cancer cells that have a protein called Trop2. It is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapies.

TROP2 antibody drug with anti–PD-1 for advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests an antibody-drug (an ADC) that targets TROP2, given by itself and together with an anti–PD-1 medicine. It’s for people with advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments, aiming to shrink tumors and improve control of the disease.

CAR NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Solid Tumors

This study tests a new immune cell treatment called EB-NK-301, which are lab-modified natural killer cells designed to attack cancer cells that have a protein called TROP2. The trial is for people with advanced solid tumors (cancers that have spread) whose cancer has stopped responding to standard treatments.
