Trop2 CAR-NK for advanced lung cancer that has returned

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer NSCLC

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a new treatment called Trop2 CAR-NK, which uses your own immune cells modified to attack lung cancer cells that have a protein called Trop2. It is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapies.

Imaging Study for TROP2 Drug in EGFR-Failure Lung Cancer

This trial tests a new imaging scan (two types of PET/CT) to see how well it tracks tumor response to a TROP2-targeted drug in people with EGFR-mutant lung cancer that stopped responding to standard pills. It aims to improve how doctors measure treatment success.

CAR-T therapy for advanced head and neck cancer

This study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy that targets a protein called Trop2 found on some head and neck cancer cells. It's for people who have tried standard treatments and need a new option.

TROP2 Lung Cancer Tissue Study

This research study analyzes lung cancer tissue samples to understand a protein called TROP2 and how it might help guide treatment decisions. You may qualify if you have non-squamous lung cancer and haven't received prior systemic chemotherapy or immunotherapy for advanced disease.

TROP2 antibody drug with anti–PD-1 for advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests an antibody-drug (an ADC) that targets TROP2, given by itself and together with an anti–PD-1 medicine. It’s for people with advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments, aiming to shrink tumors and improve control of the disease.

NCT07077564Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
TROP2-ADC for advanced neuroendocrine tumors after standard therapy

This trial tests a medicine called TROP2-ADC, which targets a protein on cancer cells to kill them. It is for people with advanced high-grade neuroendocrine tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
