  • You have advanced solid cancer that has not responded to standard treatment
  • Your cancer must be confirmed from tumor cells or tissue under a microscope
  • You have measurable tumors on scans (per RECIST or brain-scan criteria, if relevant)
  • You can and are willing to provide tumor tissue, either old stored tissue or a biopsy before treatment
  • You can do at least one blood/organ check and have the required blood counts and liver function
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG 0 or 1)
