Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 43 years old
  • You are between 12 and 35 weeks pregnant
  • You do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use recreational drugs
  • You have had depression or anxiety in the past but feel well now
  • You do not have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher
  • You are not allergic to fish oil or any supplement ingredients
