Who can take part

  • You are female and at least 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with hormone-receptor-positive ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), meaning at least half of the cells tested for estrogen or progesterone receptors were positive. This includes cases with or without tiny invasive spots (microinvasion).
  • You had surgery for DCIS and still have cancer cells at the edges of the removed tissue (positive margins) that haven't been removed again.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control if needed.
