Who can take part
- You have a type of pancreatic cancer called adenocarcinoma that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You are at least 18 years old, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and willing to use birth control if needed.
- You are able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow) are within certain ranges.
- You have not had immunotherapy before, and you do not have certain heart conditions, bleeding problems, or active infections.
