KN510713 with mFOLFIRINOX for advanced pancreatic cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 19 to 75 years old
  • You have pancreatic cancer (adenocarcinoma) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body, and you are scheduled to get the chemotherapy mFOLFIRINOX
  • You have not had chemotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer (prior treatment before or after surgery is okay if more than 6 months since last dose)
  • You are able to do daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood, and clotting) based on blood tests
  • You do not have a known DPD deficiency, specific UGT1A1 genetic variants, or fructose intolerance
