Who can take part
- You are 19 years or older
- You have advanced or metastatic stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer with low HER2 (HER2 1+ or 2+ but not amplified)
- You have at least one measurable tumor on a scan
- You are able to perform daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0-1)
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow) as shown by blood tests within 28 days of starting
- You haven't had certain prior treatments within specified timeframes (e.g., chemotherapy 3 weeks ago, major surgery 4 weeks ago)
