Who can take part

  • You are a Cantonese-speaking Hong Kong resident.
  • You live with a child aged 2–8 years who has a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of autism, ADHD, or developmental delay.
  • You do not have a severe mental illness.
  • You are not pregnant and not less than six months postpartum.
  • You are not currently participating in any other parenting or psychosocial program.
  • You do not have a condition that would make it hard to understand the program (e.g., cognitive, language, or hearing problems).
