Who can take part

  • You are a parent or primary caregiver in Hong Kong who speaks Cantonese.
  • You live with a child aged 2 to 9 who has or may have autism, ADHD, or developmental delay.
  • You are not currently pregnant or less than 6 months after giving birth.
  • You do not have a severe mental illness, nor a developmental disability that would make it hard to understand the program.
  • You are not already taking part in another parenting or mental health program.
