Who can take part

  • You must be between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with interstitial lung disease by a lung specialist and have been under their care for at least 6 months.
  • Your lung condition must be stable, with no recent flares or infections.
  • You are able to walk and have no problems seeing or hearing.
  • You can understand and follow simple instructions.
  • You do not have any bone, joint, nerve, or heart conditions that would make exercise unsafe.
