Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 80 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with Asthma-COPD Overlap Syndrome (ACOS).
  • You have noticeable breathing symptoms (score of 23 or higher on a standard questionnaire).
  • Your asthma or COPD is not severe and you have not had a flare-up in the last 4 weeks.
  • You are able to learn and play simple video games.
  • You do not have serious heart disease, cancer, epilepsy, vertigo, or vision problems, and have not had chest surgery.
