  • You have been diagnosed with mild or moderate interstitial lung disease.
  • You are between 20 and 70 years old.
  • Your doctor has referred you to this study.
  • You are willing and able to take part in exercise training.
  • You do not have a physical or cognitive disability that would make it hard to exercise.
  • You do not have serious heart disease, a history of stroke, or active cancer.
