Who can take part
- Your baby was born between 24 weeks and 33 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy.
- Your baby is stable enough to be held skin-to-skin (on your chest).
- You (the mother) are able to pump or express breast milk for your baby.
- You are willing to hold your baby skin-to-skin at least once a week while playing a 10-minute recording until your baby is 36 weeks old (adjusted age).
- Your baby does not have major birth defects, serious brain bleeds, or a very low birth weight (below the 10th percentile).
- You are at least 18 years old and can speak, read, and write in English or French.
