Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have stage 2 colorectal cancer that was completely removed by surgery within the last 12 weeks.
- You did not receive chemo or radiation before surgery, and you haven’t had any cancer treatment after surgery yet.
- You are able to take oral medications (pills).
- You do not have low rectal cancer (within 12 cm from the anal edge) and no history of other cancers.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy, and you are willing to follow up with the study team.
