Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have coronary heart disease (diagnosis codes I20 to I25) and have had either a heart attack (STEMI or NSTEMI) or a procedure like a stent, angioplasty, or bypass surgery.
  • You have your own smartphone that can install and run the iATROS app.
  • You are insured with one of the insurance companies that is working with this study.
  • You are not currently in another clinical trial that would interfere with this program.
