Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with a type of lymphoma called DLBCL (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma) and not yet received treatment for it.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be seen on a CT or PET scan (a measurable spot).
- You should be physically able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 12 more months.
- You must have enough healthy blood cells and normal organ function (kidneys, liver, etc.).
- You cannot have lymphoma that has spread to your brain, other active cancers, severe nerve damage, or uncontrolled infections.
