Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of CD20-positive DLBCL that hasn't been treated yet.
- Your tumor must be at least 15mm (in lymph node) or 10mm (outside lymph node) so it can be measured.
- You should be able to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your IPI score (a measure of risk) must be between 2 and 5.
- Women and men must agree to use effective birth control during the trial.
