Who can take part
- You are 21 years or older
- You have stage III or IVA nasopharyngeal cancer that has not spread to distant organs
- After your first 3 rounds of chemotherapy, your blood still shows detectable EBV virus (a marker linked to NPC)
- You are able to perform daily activities on your own (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You are willing to use effective birth control during and for 4 months after treatment
- You have not had prior immunotherapy (like PD-1 inhibitors) or radiation for this cancer
