Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid tumor cancer that has spread and standard treatments are no longer working or you cannot have them.
  • Your tumor has a mutation in the KRAS, HRAS, or NRAS gene, confirmed by a lab test.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
