Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to available treatments or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You are in generally good health with adequate organ function, as determined by your doctor.
- If you have lung cancer, you have had no more than 2 prior chemotherapy treatments for advanced disease.
- You have not had previous treatment with a drug targeting c-MET (except certain oral medications).
- You do not have active or untreated brain metastases, or a history of certain lung diseases like interstitial lung disease.
