Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma (a type of brain cancer) that has come back or grown after standard treatment.
- Your tumor can be surgically removed and is at least 10 mm wide on an MRI scan.
- You are 18 years or older and able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance score 0-2).
- You have not had prior treatment with ipilimumab or nivolumab, and you do not have an active autoimmune disease.
- Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts must be within certain ranges, and you must not have uncontrolled high blood pressure or take high-dose steroids.
