Who can take part
- You have neck pain due to a problem with the discs between the 5th and 7th vertebrae in your neck, confirmed by an MRI.
- You have a tender spot on the top of your shoulder muscle (upper trapezius).
- You are between 36 and 46 years old.
- Your symptoms have lasted for more than 3 months.
- You do not have other conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, or certain spine problems.
