Trigger Point and Shock Wave Therapy for Neck Pain

Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 40 years old
  • Your weight is proportional to your height (BMI between 20–30)
  • You have painful trigger points (muscle knots) confirmed by a doctor's exam in your upper trapezius muscle (upper shoulder/neck area)
  • You have neck pain linked to these trigger points
  • You can attend regular treatment sessions and follow the study plan
  • You have no history of neck trauma, fractures, or neck surgery
