Who can take part

  • You have abnormal shoulder blade movement (scapular dyskinesis) that has lasted at least 6 months
  • You are an adult (age not specified in criteria)
  • You have not had shoulder or chest surgery or serious injury to these areas
  • You do not have nerve damage or inflammatory spine conditions like ankylosing spondylitis
  • You are not pregnant and do not have active bone infections or cancer
  • You do not have a pacemaker or similar implanted device, and are not currently taking blood thinners or high-dose NSAIDs
