Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 20 and 35 (overweight to mild obesity).
  • You are generally healthy with no major medical or mental health conditions.
  • You do not currently use nicotine or recreational drugs.
  • You have not had weight loss surgery or taken weight loss medications recently.
  • You do not have any conditions that would make MRI or TMS unsafe (like metal implants or seizures).
