Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have had shoulder pain for at least 3 months that is not severe at rest.
  • Your pain gets worse when you lift your arm or turn it outward against resistance.
  • You have not had surgery on the affected shoulder before.
  • You do not have other shoulder problems like frozen shoulder or severe arthritis.
  • You can understand and speak English.
