Who can take part
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy or cell sample.
- Your cancer is stage II to IIIB (with N2 involvement) based on CT, PET-CT, or EBUS scans.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are healthy enough that your daily activities are not limited (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your major organs (liver, kidneys, blood) are working well, and you can tolerate surgery.
- You have not had previous cancer treatment like chemotherapy, radiation, or other experimental drugs for this type of tumor.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease, unstable medical conditions, or active hepatitis, HIV, or lung disease.
