Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old with ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery

- Have not received more than 2 previous chemotherapy treatments for metastatic disease
- Have a tumor sample (fresh biopsy or recent archive) available for testing
- Be in generally good health (able to do daily activities) with adequate organ function
