- You have HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or come back nearby or to other parts of the body.
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75.

- You have had no more than one chemotherapy treatment (including antibody-drug conjugates) for advanced disease.
- You do not have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord lining.
