Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75.

- You have had no more than one line of chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer.
- You have not had prior treatment with fulvestrant or an HDAC inhibitor (like entinostat).
- You are generally in good health, with no major organ or heart problems.
