  • You were diagnosed with diabetes at or before age 25.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or lower.
  • At least one of your parents has type 2 diabetes.
  • You do not have type 1 diabetes.
  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or a blood transfusion recently.
