- You received a double (bilateral) lung transplant.
- You have donor-specific antibodies that appeared more than 3 months after transplant and are at a certain level (MFI over 1000).
- Your new lungs are working well with no signs of rejection on tests.
- You were treated with a drug called alemtuzumab (a type of induction therapy) right after your transplant.
- You are not in another study, and you haven't had a retransplant or a multi-organ transplant.
