Who can take part
- Age 12 months or older
- Tumor type is one of: Wilms tumor, rhabdoid tumor, MPNST, or another solid tumor with evidence that selinexor might help, or a tumor with a BCOR gene change
- Has already had at least one type of cancer treatment that didn't work or stopped working
- Has not taken selinexor or a similar drug before
- Is well enough to be up and about (performance score of 60% or higher)
- Has adequate organ function (liver, kidneys, and blood counts checked by standard tests)
