Who can take part
- You’re age 12 or older (the trial excludes children under 12).
- Your diagnosis is alveolar soft part sarcoma confirmed by lab testing, and it cannot be cured with surgery.
- Your cancer has measurable tumors (at least one tumor big enough to measure on scans).
- If your cancer has spread and you’ve already tried immunotherapy (ICI), it must have progressed after that treatment.
- You must be well enough to handle treatment: ECOG 0–2 (or similar), and certain blood counts and liver/kidney tests must meet minimum levels.
- You must be able to take pills and (if not in the safety run-in) agree to provide tumor biopsy samples for research; you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding and must use strong birth control.
