Who can take part
- You must have non-small cell lung cancer that is advanced (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
- Your tumor must have a specific change called KRAS G12C mutation and its PD-L1 level must be known.
- You cannot have had any prior treatment for advanced lung cancer (except one standard cycle if urgently needed).
- You must be in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1) and able to swallow pills.
- You must not have other treatable genetic changes like EGFR, ALK, or BRAF.
