Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced lung cancer (Stage IIIB, IIIC, or Stage IV) that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation alone
- Your cancer has the KRAS G12C genetic mutation (confirmed by a lab test on tumor tissue or blood)
- Your cancer has a PD-L1 score between 1–49% (a protein marker measured by lab test)
- You have measurable tumor spots on imaging scans done within the past 4 weeks
- You are in good enough health to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you can do most daily activities)
