Who can take part

  • You have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with a KRAS G12C mutation.
  • Your cancer is advanced or has spread, and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation alone.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You have not had any prior cancer treatment for advanced or metastatic disease.
  • You may have brain metastases if they are small (≤20mm) and not causing symptoms or needing immediate treatment.
