Who can take part

  • Your breast cancer must be HR-positive and HER2-negative (a common type).
  • You must have had at least one prior treatment for advanced cancer, including hormone therapy and a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
  • You must not have taken a Bcl-2 inhibitor before.
  • You must have no uncontrolled or untreated cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord lining.
  • You must be able to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG status 0 or 1).
  • If you are a woman who can still have children, you must use effective birth control during the study and for a period after.
