Who can take part
- You have advanced breast cancer that has spread, or another solid tumor that hasn't responded to standard treatments.
- If you have breast cancer, you have had 1-3 prior treatments for advanced disease in some parts of the study, or no prior treatment in other parts (if CDK4/6 inhibitors aren't available where you live).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You need to be well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your organs (like liver, kidneys, bone marrow) need to be working well enough.
- You cannot have active, untreated brain metastases or have taken a drug like BG-75202 before.
