Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of cancer in the upper urinary tract (ureter or kidney) that shows a certain protein (HER2) on the surface of the cancer cells.
- Your cancer is early stage (T1 or T2) and has not spread to lymph nodes or other organs.
- You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your affected kidney still works well (at least 10 mL/min split function).
- You are willing to avoid treatments that could harm the kidney, such as certain chemotherapies, targeted therapies, or immunotherapies before this study.
