Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with upper tract urothelial carcinoma (a type of cancer in the kidney or ureter).
- The tumor tests positive for HER2 (a protein) at a level of 1+ or higher.
- The cancer is early stage (cT1-T2N0M0), meaning it has not spread beyond the kidney or ureter.
- You have good overall health and can care for yourself (ECOG 0-1).
- The kidney with the tumor still works well enough (at least 10 mL/min on a special scan).
