Envafolimab plus chemo for stage III NSCLC before surgery

Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a new immunotherapy (Envafolimab) combined with standard chemotherapy before and after surgery for stage III non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed. The goal is to see if adding Envafolimab helps shrink the tumor and improve outcomes compared to chemotherapy alone.
